Torta Kinder Paradiso.
Per la base:
150 g di zucchero
130 g di burro a temperatura ambiente
3 uova (tuorli e albumi separati)
150 g di farina
50 g di fecola di patate
150 ml di latte
16 g di lievito per dolci
1 bustina di vanillina
Per la crema:
300 ml di latte
60 g di zucchero
30 g di farina
1 bustina di vanillina
200 ml di panna
Per guarnire:
zucchero a velo
In una ciotola lavorate il burro e lo zucchero fino ad ottenere un composto spumoso.
Aggiungete un tuorlo alla volta, aspettando che si astato assorbito prima di aggiungerne un altro.
A parte setacciate farina, lievito, fecola e vanillina, ed aggiungetene metà al composto.
Aggiungete il latte
e l’altra metà degli ingredienti secchi setacciati.
Montate a neve gli albumi ed incorporateli all’impasto con una spatola, in tre volte, facendo un movimento dal basso verso l’alto.
Versate l’impasto in una tortiera imburrata e infarinata.
Cuocete in forno preriscaldato statico a 180° per circa 30-40 minuti (fate la prova stecchino!). Lasciate raffreddare.
Preparate ora la crema di latte. In un pentolino mescolate farina, zucchero e vanillina.
Aggiungete il latte a filo, mescolando con una frusta.
Cuocete a fiamma bassa, girando continuamente, per circa 5 minuti (non deve addensarsi eccessivamente!).
Trasferite in un piatto e mettete la pellicola a contatto. Lasciate raffreddare.
Montate la panna ed incorporatela alla crema di latte, con una spatola.
Farcite la torta e spolverizzate con lo zucchero a velo.
For the cake:

150 g flour
50 g of potato starch
150 ml of milk
16 g of baking powder
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
For the filling:
300 ml of milk
60 g of sugar
30 g flour
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
200 ml of cream
To decorate: powdered sugar.
In a bowl mix the butter and sugar until fluffy.
Add one egg at a time, waiting for it to absorbe before adding another.
Apart sifte flour, baking powder, starch and vanilla, and add half to the mixture.
Add the milk and the other half of the sifted dry ingredients.
Whip the egg whites and embed them to the mix with a spatula, three times, making a movement from the bottom to up.
Pour the mixture into a buttered and floured pan.
Bake in preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 30-40 minutes (do the toothpick test!). Let cool.
Prepare now for the cream. In a saucepan, mix flour, sugar and vanilla extract.
Add the milk little by little, stirring with a whisk.
Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, for about 5 minutes.
Transfer to a plate and put the film on it in contact with the cream. Let cool.
Whip the cream and and add it to the cream you preapared with a spatula.
Stuff the cake and sprinkle with icing sugar.
