Ricetta Hot Dog: Panini con Wurstel
La Ricetta Hot Dog i tipici Panini con Wurstel è perfetta per portare a casa il fast food tanto amato soprattutto dai membri più giovani della famiglia.
A volte infatti non è semplice uscire con i bimbi a cena. Così ho pensato di portare il ristorante a casa nostra. Insieme alle bimbe abbiamo apparecchiato la tavola come fossimo in un Fast Food, con una bella tovaglia a quadrettoni, bicchieri grandi da Coca Cola ed al centro ketchup e maionese. Il nostro ristorante prevedeva per quella sera Hot Dog e Patatine, per tutti! Come contorno ho aggiunto anche i piselli con sugo al pomodoro! Buonissima e divertente!

Ingredienti
450 gr farina 00
sale
1 bustina di lievito di birra
30 gr burro
latte tipiedo q.b.
1 uovo
wurstel
4 patate
Preparazione Ricetta Hot Dog: Panini con Wurstel
- Unite alla farina il burro ammorbidito a temperatura ambiente ed iniziate a mescolare bene.
- Aggiungete lo zucchero, il lievito ed il latte tipiedo. Per ultimo un pizzico di sale e l’uovo.
- Impastate il composto fino ad ottenere un pannetto.
- Lasciate lievitare due ore, in una ciotola coperta da carta pellica unta d’olio.
- Formate poi i panini per hot go di forma allungata.
- Rivestite una teglia con carta forno, inserite le palline d’impasto e lasciatele lievitare un’altra ora ben distanziate l’una d’altra.
- Spennellate le pagnotte con l’uovo sbattuto con un po’ d’acqua.
- Cuocete il vostro pane per Hot Dog a 180 gradi per 10 minuti.
- Alcuni panini, prima i cuocerceli li ho farciti già con il wurstel, altri li ho lasciati senza.
- Preparate intanto che si cuociono i panini, le patatine fritte. Pelate le patate e tagliatele a fettine. Friggetele in abbondante olio caldo. Se preferite potete cuocerle anche al forno.
- Farcite i vostri panini con il wurstel, il ketchup e la maionese.
Suggerimento
I panini cotti con l’interno i wurstel sono buonissimi anche il giorno dopo. Si possono tagliare a fettine e servire come aperitivo.
